A key driver of innovation, Paula was instrumental in developing Pronto!, dentistry’s premier performance management platform featuring the industry’s only single-access data warehouse to streamline executive decision-making.

With over 25 years of operational leadership spanning Fortune 500 enterprises and SMBs, Paula’s career highlights include:

Corporate Leadership: Served as Head of Learning & Development for a Xerox company, and held Director roles in Talent Acquisition and Client Relationship Management at Travelers Insurance and The Hartford.

Entrepreneurial Success: Co-founded Corporate Staffing Solutions, served as VP of Operations for Dunhill, and helped launch Executive Connections, a boutique executive search firm.

Community Engagement: Active member of Dress for Success, providing professional coaching and empowerment for women.
